١. من نحن

٢. نطاق هذه السياسة

تنطبق هذه السياسة على موقعنا، وعلى تطبيقنا المسجّل على منصة مطوّري Meta، والذي نستخدمه لإدارة صفحات فيسبوك وحسابات إنستغرام التجارية، ونشر المحتوى عليها، وإدارة الحملات الإعلانية وإعداد تقارير أدائها، سواء لحساباتنا أو لحسابات العملاء الذين يمنحوننا الإذن بذلك.

٣. البيانات التي نصل إليها

  • عبر منصة Meta بعد موافقتك: حسب الصلاحيات التي تمنحها فقط، مثل اسم ومعرّف الصفحة أو حساب إنستغرام التجاري، والمنشورات التي ننشرها، وبيانات الحسابات والحملات الإعلانية ونتائج أدائها.
  • البيانات التي ترسلها لنا مباشرة: مثل الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني ومحتوى رسالتك عند التواصل معنا.
  • الموقع: لا يستخدم موقعنا حاليًا ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية أو أدوات تتبّع.

٤. كيف نستخدم البيانات

  • نشر المحتوى وإدارة الصفحات والحسابات التي تخوّلنا بإدارتها.
  • إنشاء الحملات الإعلانية وإدارتها وقياس نتائجها.
  • إعداد تقارير الأداء ومشاركتها مع صاحب الحساب.
  • الرد على استفساراتك وتقديم خدماتنا.

لا نستخدم بيانات Meta لأي غرض خارج هذه الخدمات.

٥. مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمات الذين نحتاجهم لتشغيل عملنا (مثل أدوات الأتمتة التي تتصل بواجهات Meta)، وبالقدر اللازم فقط، أو عندما يفرض القانون ذلك.

٦. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال مدة تقديم الخدمة. عند انتهاء التعاون أو عند طلبك، نحذفها خلال ٣٠ يومًا، إلا ما يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ به.

٧. طلب حذف البيانات

لحذف بياناتك المرتبطة بتطبيقنا:

  • أرسل بريدًا إلى info@targetsagency.com بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات»، واذكر اسم الصفحة أو الحساب.
  • نحذف البيانات خلال ٣٠ يومًا، ونرسل لك تأكيدًا بذلك.
  • يمكنك أيضًا إلغاء صلاحيات تطبيقنا في أي وقت من إعدادات فيسبوك: «الإعدادات والخصوصية» ← «الإعدادات» ← «التطبيقات ومواقع الويب».

٨. حماية البيانات

نستخدم إجراءات معقولة لحماية البيانات، ونحصر الوصول إليها بمن يحتاجه لتقديم الخدمة. لا نطلب كلمات مرور حساباتك أبدًا؛ تُمنح الصلاحيات عبر أدوات Meta الرسمية.

٩. حقوقك

يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو سحب موافقتك في أي وقت، عبر التواصل معنا على البريد أعلاه.

١٠. الأطفال

خدماتنا موجّهة للشركات وأصحاب المشاريع، وليست موجّهة لمن هم دون ١٣ عامًا.

١١. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسنحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة عند أي تغيير.

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Targets Agency ("we", "us") is a digital marketing agency operating targetsagency.com. For privacy questions, contact us at info@targetsagency.com.

2. Scope

This policy covers our website and our app registered on the Meta for Developers platform. We use the app to manage Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts, publish content to them, and create, manage and report on advertising campaigns, for our own accounts and for clients who authorize us to do so.

3. Information we access

  • Through the Meta platform, with your authorization: only the data covered by the permissions you grant, such as Page and Instagram Business account names and IDs, content we publish, and ad account, campaign and performance (insights) data.
  • Information you send us directly: such as your name, phone number, email address and message when you contact us.
  • Our website: currently does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.

4. How we use it

  • To publish content and manage the Pages and accounts you authorize us to manage.
  • To create and manage ad campaigns and measure their results.
  • To prepare performance reports for the account owner.
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide our services.

We do not use Meta platform data for any purpose outside these services.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers we need to operate (such as automation tools that connect to Meta APIs), limited to what is necessary, or when required by law.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as we provide the service. When our engagement ends, or on your request, we delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

7. Data deletion requests

To delete your data associated with our app:

  • Email info@targetsagency.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your Page or account name.
  • We will delete the data within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
  • You can also remove our app's access at any time in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect data and limit access to the people who need it to provide the service. We never ask for your account passwords; access is granted through Meta's official tools.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us at the email above.

10. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and business owners and are not directed to children under 13.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
